1. The service
Image Cleaner removes the visible Gemini logo and hidden file information (metadata) from images. It does not remove invisible AI watermarks such as SynthID, and it does not guarantee a perfect result.
2. AI disclosure
- You confirm that the images you upload are AI-generated, or that you have the right to edit them.
- You must tell your clients and your audience when an image is AI-generated. You must not present AI-generated images as real photographs in order to mislead anyone.
- You are responsible for following the terms of the tool that created the image (for example Google Gemini) and the laws that apply to you.
- We provide a tool. We are not responsible for how you use the results.
3. What is not allowed
- Images of real people without their consent, and impersonation.
- Fake news, scams, fraud, harassment or anything illegal.
- Any sexual content involving minors. This is never allowed, the account is closed immediately and it may be reported.
We may suspend access without a refund if these rules are broken.
4. Plans and limits

- You can add up to 10 images at a time.
- Free use is also limited to 20 images per day for each internet connection (IP address). If many people share one connection, they share that limit.
- A paid plan lasts 30 days from activation and does not renew automatically. Unused images do not carry over to a new period. If you renew the same plan before it ends, the new days and the new images are added to what you have left.
- An extra pack can only be bought and used while you have an active paid plan. It is used after your plan's own images. If your plan ends, the pack waits until you have a plan again (it expires 90 days after it was bought).
- Paid accounts also have a daily safety limit of 150 images so that the service stays fast for everyone.
- The free daily allowance resets at midnight India time. Images that fail to process, or that you remove before they start, do not count.
5. Payment
In India, pay by UPI using the QR code or UPI ID on the upgrade screen, then enter the UPI reference number (UTR). Outside India, use the payment link on the upgrade screen (amounts in US dollars: Starter $3, Pro $5, Studio $9, extra pack $2) and enter the transaction ID. Bank, card or currency conversion fees and local taxes may apply and are paid by you. Your plan is activated after the payment is confirmed.
6. Privacy
- Cleaned images are kept for 1 hour and then deleted. We do not keep your original images after cleaning.
- We record your email, name, file names and times of use for security and billing.
- Google sign-in is used only to learn your email and name. We do not sell your data.
7. No warranty and liability
The service is provided as it is. It may be slow or unavailable at times. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
8. Changes
We may change prices or limits with 7 days notice.
Refund Policy
- Service not working: If the service does not work for you and we cannot fix it within 3 days, you get a full refund for that month.
- Change of mind: You get a refund if you ask within 3 days of payment and have used fewer than 20 images. After that there is no refund, because the service is delivered digitally.
- Changing plan: If you upgrade during the month, email zthambz@gmail.com and the unused days of your old plan are added to your new plan.
- No refund if your access was suspended for breaking these terms, or if you reached the daily limit your plan describes.
- How to ask: Email zthambz@gmail.com with your payment reference. Refunds are returned by UPI within 7 days.
