Image Cleaner (metaclean.in and app.metaclean.in) is run by MetaClean. This page explains what we collect and why. Questions: zthambz@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Sign-in details. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and name. We do not receive your Google password and we do not read your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
- Your images. Images you upload are processed to remove the logo and hidden data. The cleaned result is kept for 1 hour so you can download it, then deleted automatically. We do not keep your original images after cleaning.
- Usage records. File names, times, the number of images you clean and your IP address, used for daily limits, abuse prevention and security.
- Payment references. When you pay, we store the plan, amount and the UPI reference (UTR) or PayPal transaction ID you enter, to confirm your payment. We never see your card or bank login.
What we do with it
- To run the service, apply your plan and limits, and keep your images private to your account.
- To confirm payments and answer support or refund requests.
- To protect the service from abuse.
We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use your images to train AI models.
Who can see your images
Only you, through your own account. Other users cannot open, list or download your files. Admins can see account and usage records but the service is not built to browse your images.
Where it is stored
The service runs on a private server in Amazon Web Services (AWS). Connections use HTTPS. Payment notices reach the admin through Telegram, and they contain only your email, the plan, the amount and the payment reference, never your images.
Cookies
We use one sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in and a browser setting that remembers light or dark mode. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Your choices
- Delete any image from your list at any time. It is removed from the server immediately.
- Ask us to delete your account records by writing to zthambz@gmail.com. We keep payment records only as long as needed for accounts and any legal duty.
- Sign out at any time. Signing out ends that session on the server.
AI use
Image Cleaner does not remove invisible AI watermarks such as SynthID. You are responsible for telling your clients and audience when an image is AI-generated. See our terms.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date above. For material changes we give at least 7 days notice inside the app.
